Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit or is faulty in any way, we will refund the full cost or send a replacement to you free of charge.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that it does not meet with your expectations, we will offer a refund or exchange. We will refund the cost of the item excluding our postage costs.

Exceptions to our returns policy

We are sorry but we cannot accept returns of non-standard customised or bespoke items made especially for customers to their specifications.  This does not include standard made especially for you items.

All returns, for whatever reason, must be notified to us by email along with the reason for the return and returned to us at your expense (unless damaged or faulty) within 7 days of receipt.

Delivery Times and Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 days. If for some reason there is likely to be a delay beyong this we will contact you within 24 hours of ordering and you can choose to cancel or wait.

If an order is placed and not paid for at the time, we will cancel the order if payment is not received within 2 weeks and will inform you of this.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if it can not be fullfilled, for any reason, and will contact you immediately if this is the case.

Payment

Payment is made online via the secure PayPal website, either from a PayPal account or by credit /debit card - an account is not needed to pay by card.

Delivery Charge

A flat rate charge is made for the order (any number of items).

£3.00 for First Class Delivery
Recorded Delivery (signed for) first class £4.00
Special Delivery £7.00 (next day deliveries on Monday to Friday)

International Delivery Options:
Airmail £8.00

Postage costs apply to exchanges - postage will be charged on items sent for a second time.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Your information is not used by us or any third party for marketing purposes.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of any of our products which may contain small parts and wire. We strongly advise that children are supervised at all times when using any of our products.
