Returns and Refunds: -

Damaged or Faulty: In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit or is faulty in any way, we will refund the full cost including P&P or send a replacement to you free of charge.

Other Reasons for Returns:

 Our products are handmade to order and according to your instructions and so we would politely ask you when ordering:

1.Not to order more than one in order to try out different styles

2. To read the description and check the measurements given to be sure it is suitable for you.

3. To be sure to order the correct colour (if in doubt about colour, please order samples first)

 We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if it does not meet with your expectations, we will offer a refund less the P&P charge, if you have respected the above three requests. (Products made to order and to customers specifications are not covered by the distance selling regulations and so the right to return and have a refund is not automatically acquired - our generous refund policy is a gesture of goodwill and in return we ask you to be considerate when asking us to make something for you.)

 All returns, for whatever reason, must be notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt along with the reason for return and returned to us at your expense within 7 days of receipt. Any item returned after this 7 day period will be deemed to be your property and will be sent back to you.

 We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have reason to believe you are taking advantage of this returns policy.

We are sorry but we can't accept returns of earrings for pierced ears due to health and hygiene regulations - this applies to returns and exchanges.

Delivery Times and Cancellations

We work quickly. Our lead time is published at the top of the website which is the current queue time for making your order. Your order will join the work list once payment has been received. If you wish to cancel, please do this quickly before we make the item for you.

Occasionally we will need to order in components specifically for your order which will take a few days longer, but we will contact you if this is the case.

If you require something faster than this lead time, please let us know and we will always try to get your order to you in time.

If an order is placed and not paid for at the time, we will cancel the order if payment is not received within 2 weeks and will inform you of this.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if it can not be fullfilled, for any reason, and will contact you immediately if this is the case.

Payment

Payment can be made online through Paypal, Bank transfer, or by post with a Cheque or Postal order for UK customers, and online via paypal for international customers. Processing of your order will begin upon receipt of your cleared payment.

Packaging and Postage

A flat rate charge is made for the order (any number of items).

For UK - £3.00 for first class post, £6.00 for special delivery (next working day)

For International - £4.50 for airmail or £8.75 for tracked airmail

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never pass on your information to third parties. The information you provide is used solely by us to process your order and to occasionally send you details of any special promotions.

Disclaimer

We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of any of our products which may contain small parts and wire. We strongly advise that children are supervised at all times when using any of our products.
