Returns and Refunds

Faulty or damaged in transit - contact us immediately and return the item in it's original condition and packaging within 7 days for an exchange or full refund including P&P.

Many of our products are made to order and according to your specifications, so please make sure you are ordering exactly what you want to buy.

If you do wish to return something and cancel your order we will offer a 50% refund for products which have been made to your specification (all items which offer a choice of colours/size etc will be made for you according to your specifcation). Ready made items - one-off products, sale items, watches, cufflinks, cravat pins or any item not offering a choice can be returned for a full refund.

Items should be returned within 7 days and please pay for recorded delivery.


Delivery Times and Cancellations

Our lead time is published at the top of the website which is the current queue time for making your order. Your order will join the queue once payment has been received. If you wish to cancel, please do this quickly before we make the item for you.

Occasionally we will need to order in components specifically for your order which will take a few days longer, but we will contact you if this is the case.

If you require something faster than this lead time, please let us know and we will always try to get your order to you in time.

If an order is placed and not paid for at the time, we will cancel the order if payment is not received within 2 weeks and will inform you of this.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if it can not be fullfilled, for any reason, and will contact you immediately if this is the case.

Payment

Payment can be made online through Nochex, Paypal, bank transfer, or by post with a cheque or postal order. Processing of your order will begin upon receipt of your cleared payment (unless you have advised us to wait for the 7 day cancellation period to elapse before making your items)

Packaging and Postage

A flat rate charge is made for the order (any number of items). The charge is £2.50 for first class post, £5.75 for next day special delivery - insured or £3.50 for international airmail.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never pass on your information to third parties. The information you provide is used solely to process your order.

Disclaimer

We accept no responsibility for injury caused by misuse of any of our products which may contain small parts and wire. We strongly advise that children are supervised at all times when using any of our products.

All of the product designs on this site are owned by Beady Eyes and are subject to copyright law. The copying of any of our images or text without our permission will result in legal action being taken.
