Can I get a discount?
We keep it simple - the prices published are our lowest prices so you know what it will cost without having to ask for discounts and this way it's fairer as everyone gets our best price.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Silver tarnishes with time and the best way to store it to delay tarnishing is to make sure it is stored clean and dry. If it is to be stored for a long time - keep it in an airtight plastic box or bag. Freshwater pearls, however, being a natural product should be allowed to breathe a little so just keep these in a box to keep them clean rather than airtight. So, after trying it on, wash it in warm water with a spot of mild washing up liquid, dry it thoroughly and then store it away till the wedding.
A number of common substances can accelerate the tarnishing process such as perspiration, perfume and deodorent sprays, some foodstuffs such as fruit juice, onions, pickle, eggs and garlic. Chlorine from swimming pools will damage silver. Never store silver which has come into contact with these from handling - wash first.
Can I order something to try on to see if I like it?
Sorry, we don't offer a Try On Service - items are made to order and so we would ask you not to order if you are not sure what you are looking for.
If you don't know what you want - please look around in local bridal/jewellery shops to help you decide.
Will you customise something for me, different from the options shown in the shop?
Yes. If you see something you like but want some changes made, then please get in touch and we will advise if it is possible and of any price change. Most changes can be made at no extra cost, but additional components, especially Swarovski crystals, will increase the price.
I've seen something I like somewhere else - will you copy it for me?
Sorry, we don't copy other people's designs. We prefer to work with our own designs which can be altered and used as a spring board for any ideas you might have for a bespoke piece.
Will you make bespoke items?
Yes. Please think about what you'd like and then contact us with the details. Having a fair idea of what you'd like made to begin with will will reduce the consultation time and keep the cost down for you.

What is the difference between the crystals you use?
Swarovski crystals are man made lead crystals and Rock crystals are naturally occurring semi precious gemstones - the clear form of quartz.
Left - Rock Crystals are simply sparkling clear crystals, smooth or with cut faces
Middle - Swarovski plain clear crystals are simply sparkling clear crystals, with cut faces
Right - AB crystals have been coated by Swarovski with something which enables them to pick up surrounding colours and sparkle more, with cut faces

For maximum sparkle, choose AB crystals.
To keep all colour out of your item, choose either Swarovski or Rock crystal - equal in terms of clarity and sparkle and by using both we can offer more variety in terms of design with the different sizes and shapes available.
What are the choices for bridal pearls?
Swarovski pearls are man-made, glass faux pearls with an excellent quality pearlised coating. Very close in weight to real pearls and completely round. There are 3 main bridal colours - white, ivory (creamrose light) and cream.
Freshwater pearls are a natural product grown inside shell fish and so vary from batch to batch in terms of size, shape, lustre & colour.
We buy white freshwater pearls which are generally slighly darker than the Swarovski white pearl - a pale ivory colour, and considerably lighter than the Swarovski ivory pearl
The shapes and sizes of freshwater pearls vary enormously, from little tiny nugget shapes, through nearly round pearls to lovely big baroque pearls - please see each product for a description of the pearls used to make it.

From left to right
- Swarovski white pearls 6mm
- Freshwater 5/6mm nugget pearls
- Freshwater 6/7mm nearly round freshwater pearls
- Freshwater 8/10mm baroque pearls
- Swarovski ivory pearls 6mm (creamrose light)
- Swarovski cream pearls 6mm
White Swarovski pearls are a soft white and normally work well with a white or pale ivory dress
Ivory (creamrose light) Swarovski pearls are generally chosen to go with a darker ivory dress
Cream Swarovski pearls are usually chosen if the dress has more of a creamy/yellow tint
Freshwater pearls, being a natural product and a pale neutral colour look great with just about any outfit from denims to bridal gowns in any colour!
