CHECKOUT PROBLEMS?
A small number of clients have reported problems during the checkout/payment stage.
This can be due to a number of reasons, such as overly keen mandatory payment gateway requests for information that often seems irrelevant e.g. your telephone number, variations in browser type and version number, operating system etc. etc etc.

Many of our products are made to order giving you far greater choice and flexibility to get exactly what you'd like.
Because we make items to your specifications, we would ask our customers to make sure they order exactly what they want at the outset. For returns and refunds please click here.
If you can't see the options displayed for something you'd like or would like something varied - please just get in touch, and we can advise if it is possible.
Sorry, we don't copy other people's designs.
The ordering process
Ordering is through the online shopping cart. You can change quantities required in the basket and then select postage option and payment option.
Payments can be made instantly online via Nochex or Paypal, or by sending a cheque or postal order, or by bank transfer. Bank transfer generally takes 3 business days to arrive.
We may contact you by email or telephone if we are unsure about the details of any part of your order.
Dispatch times
The current lead time - which is the the time from receipt of your payment to wait before your order is made is published at the top of each page. (this includes weekends as we work 7 days a week )
If you need something faster than this - please get in touch and we will do our best to rush it to you.
Priority will be given to orders where next day special delivery has been selected as we will assume you want it quickly.
Very occasionally we will need to order in a colour or component for your order and so this will take a little longer but we will contact you if this is the case.
We will send an email when your order is made and ready for posting so that you will know when to expect it.
Post and packing charges
There is a single charge for the whole order - any number of items. This is £2.50 for first class post, £5.75 for next day special delivery, insured or £3.50 for international airmail. (For overseas buyers - if you require Airsure or International signed for please ask us to provide a price)
